In Case of Emergency (ICE)

Add "In Case of Emergency" contacts into your cell phone, using the designation "ICE."

In an emergency, time is critical. ICE enables emergency service providers/public safety personnel to get answers quickly if you are incapacitated.

Add Contacts

Label your phone contacts with ICE MOM, ICE DAD (or ICE1, ICE2, ICE3).

Tell Your Contact

Make sure the person whose name/number you are giving has agreed to be your ICE contact.

Send a List

Send your ICE contact a list of people to call on your behalf: Next of kin, place of work, etc.

Share Medical Info

Alert your ICE contact to any conditions that could affect your emergency treatment: Allergies, medications, etc.

Make It Easy

Provide an ICE contact's number that is easy to reach.

Are You Under 18?

Make sure your ICE contact is a parent or guardian authorized to make decisions on your behalf.
