How to Get Tickets

All graduates planning to attend commencement need to complete the 2025 Charlotte Commencement Attendance & Ticket Request form by March 28, 2025. (Form is now closed.) Tickets will be emailed the first two weeks of April.

Tickets can help control access to the event, ensuring that only invited guests are able to enter — which can be especially important for large events.

The ticket form can be found on the Grad Checklist page, which also includes all the action items that need to be completed to ensure a timely graduation.
