Jeremy Houghton is a certified food management professional through the National Restaurant Association and a certified master TiPS trainer through Health Communications Inc. He shares his vast chef and restaurant manager experiences with his students. He’s worked at restaurants from Alaska to Rhode Island, and has cooked bear, antelope, deer, and elk, to name a few. Houghton has also completed his level 2 certification in Sommelier from the International Sommelier Guild and four trainings in Modernist Cuisine.
