All new, incoming first-year students will be assigned to Cedar Hall North in double occupancy, 4-person suites (2 bedrooms, two people per bedroom).
The rate for student housing is a semester rate, not a daily rate, and considers all the operational costs associated with maintaining the facility, including additional processes related to COVID-19.
