As a registered dietitian, Kara Cucinotta can enlighten patients, consumers, and foodies on how to balance healthy eating while addressing health issues. She has worked in a hospital setting and in private practice, providing medical nutrition counseling and therapy to patients of all ages. As a member of the faculty in the College of Health & Wellness, she is training future practitioners on the critical role of food and nutrients and their effects on various disease states. In addition, Cucinotta addresses the role food has throughout the human lifespan.
