After a successful decade as owner and chef of Neath's New American Bistro, a Providence establishment that offered an eclectic blend of French and Asian influenced cuisine with seasonal New England ingredients, Pal Neath chose family and travel over business. He joined the Johnson & Wales faculty in 2008. In 2013, the Providence Warwick Convention and Visitor’s Bureau asked him to be the face of culinary arts education for their “So what are you waiting for?” campaign.
