Frank, who has a doctorate from Yale in organizational behavior, is a full professor in JWU’s College of Business. His mission as an author, teacher, and consultant is to help students and clients learn how to become effective leaders in their chosen careers in ways that are both personally and professionally fulfilling. And to do so in a fast-changing world that will continue to be filled with many unanticipated challenges and opportunities. His particular focus right now is on identifying strategies for getting beyond “The Great Resignation,” both as leaders and as reluctant employees.
In addition to giving leadership courses at JWU’s College of Business, “Doc Frank”, who has written best-selling books in the fields of leadership development and career-self management, continues to do leadership articles, videos, blogs, webcasts and international presentations for the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the world’s premier organization for workforce development professionals.
