Teaching with technology can promote deeper learning experiences for our students when implemented properly. Instructional technology, in the context of higher education, includes the systematic application of technologies that promote interactive and engaging teaching and learning opportunities. Regardless of your comfort and ability with technology, the IDT team can help you build your capacity with instructional technology and support you through the instructional technology integration process.

Adobe Creative Suite is a software bundle of graphic design, video editing, and web development applications developed by Adobe Systems.

Microsoft Office 365 is a comprehensive platform of tools and mobile apps that provide teachers, staff members, and students with access to communication tools, document editing, file sharing, storage, email in one place!

What is it?
Qualtrics is a web-based survey tool that provides users with an intuitive toolkit to build and deploy a variety of surveys (research-based surveys, performance evaluations, student satisfaction, etc.). Qualtrics automatically analyzes your results and offers a variety of detailed reports, which include multiple methods of data visualization. Qualtrics requires little-to-no experience from its users.

RESPONDUS*
What is it?
Respondus is a powerful tool for creating and managing exams and exam pools that can easily be published directly to ulearn. As a bonus, Respondus allows you to import a Respondus-formatted exam from Word directly into Respondus for publishing to ulearn.

SPSS is a quantitative data analysis and statistics software package. It provides statistical analysis/reporting, predictive modeling, data mining, and decision management/deployment.

What is it?
Zoom is a web communications tool available for all active JWU Faculty, Staff, and Students. Zoom provides an easy, reliable cloud platform for video and audio conferencing, chat, and webinars.

A Zoom account will be automatically created the first time you log into Zoom using your JWU email address (i.e., awildcat@jwu.edu) on the https://jwu.zoom.us website. The JWU Zoom login is Single Sign On (SSO) and will use your current JWU password.
