- Your passport
- Your I-20
Make sure you have easy access to your I-20.
LIQUIDS
Liquids, aerosols and gels must be:
- In a 1-qt Ziploc bag (one per person)
- Less than 3.4oz (100ml)
Documents
Pack the following:
- Transcripts
- Bank statements
- Marriage/ birth certifications
- Proof of health insurance
- Health forms
- Notes/texts from previous school
Snacks
Pack these in your checked luggage, not your carry-on.
Items from your country
Bring photos, postcards, music, traditional clothing and more to share at JWU.
Medication & Glasses
Bring an extra set of prescription eyeglasses.
Adapter
US electricity supply is 120 volts.
Warm Clothes
These include:
- Sweaters
- Boots
- Gloves, hats, scarves
You will have opportunities to buy these items in Providence as well.
