East Hall is a place that our upper-class Wildcat can call home! For our returning students, there is a place for you in East! Located steps away from the Wildcat Center, Harborside Green Space, and athletic fields it's perfectly located for all your fitness activities. Single Occupancy Rooms are $12,500/year
Double Occupancy Rooms are $10,500/year
Triple Occupancy Rooms are $8,000/year
Quadruple Occupancy Rooms are $6,000/year

Common Bath Single: A single occupancy room is all yours, furnished with

Common Bath Double: A double occupancy room shared between you and one roommate, comes furnished with

Common Bath Triple: The triple occupancy room shared between you and up to two roommates comes furnished with:

• Three twin XL beds
• Three dressers
• Three wardrobes

Common Bath Quads: The Quadruple occupancy room shared between you and up to three roommates comes furnished with:

• Four twin XL beds

BATHROOM TYPE

There are two all-gender bathrooms located on the first floor and one common men’s and women's bathrooms located on the second floor.

AMENITIES

The first floor features a laundry room, game room, TV lounge, and study room that students can utilize. There is also a printing station in the lobby. East Hall also offers a pet-friendly community on a portion of the first floor.
