New phone? New email? Learn how to update your contact information to receive emergency alerts.

Update your emergency contact information ANY TIME your contact information changes. You will not receive emergency alerts to your phone if your information is outdated. 

  1. Log in to jwuLink

  2. Click "Academics"

  3. Under Personal Info, click "Address/Phone"

  4. Follow the instructions onscreen

  2. Select "Resources" under Common Resources
  3. Select Emergency Contacts
  4. Select the link under Update Emergency Notification System Contact Information
