New phone? New email? Learn how to update your contact information for emergencies.

Update your emergency contact information ANY TIME your contact information changes. You are expected to do this - that way, you can be contacted in the event of an emergency.

  1. Log in to jwuLink

  2. Click "Academics"

  3. Under Personal Info, click "Address/Phone"

  4. Follow the instructions onscreen

To update Emergency Contact Information, please go to the JWU Gateway (gateway.jwu.edu), and select Resources (under Common Resources), then select Emergency Contacts (under Launch Applications), and follow the appropriate instructions.
