Ainsley brings over 15 years of experience to CSI. With a background as both a planner and a supplier, Ainsley brings knowledge in corporate meeting & event strategy, experiential marketing, meeting management and leadership. Her gifts of organization, attention to detail, creative imagination, concept design and contagious enthusiasm have earned her a reputation for unparalleled excellence as an event planner and designer. Ainsley is instrumental in identifying cost efficiencies, streamlining processes and developing strategic initiatives for CSI’s clients. Ainsley joined the CSI DMC team from the Chatham Bars Inn Resort & Spa.
Prior to Chatham Bars Inn, Ainsley was the Corporate Account Manager at the Museum of Science, Boston, overseeing all corporate accounts, sales, and new business development. Ainsley is a past president of the Meeting Professionals International, New England Chapter Board of Directors and has been involved with the organization since 2008. A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP), she also holds a B.A. from Saint Louis University.
Outside of the office, Ainsley enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking and spending time with her family and pup Sampson.
