Val Collins has been in law enforcement for over ten years. She was a one of 18 contestant on Survivor Season 29 San Juan Del Sur- Blood vs. Water. She competed with her firefighter husband Jeremy on the season. She spent first few days on exile island. She was the second person voted out after six days. She has returned to Survivor two other times for the family visit on Jeremy’s winning Survivor season 31 Cambodia Second Chance.
Her last appearance was with all four of her kids for a family visit in Season 40 Winners at War.
