Success Coaching
Do you find yourself struggling with time management? Are you feeling overwhelmed by your course workload and at a loss over where to begin? Do you need help organizing your schedule and prioritizing your responsibilities? If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, then academic success coaching might be just what you need.
Academic success coaching consists of a series of sessions in which you will work one-on-one with a Success Coach who will help you identify your academic goals and develop a clear achievement action plan.

Academic success coaching offers you a safe space to talk in-depth about your academic concerns and the obstacles that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. Your coach will help you identify your academic and personal goals and work with you to come up with the best strategies to make those a reality.
Just like anything else, real progress takes time, and you shouldn’t expect immediate results. During your first session, in addition to getting to know your coach and identifying your academic goals, you will set up a schedule for regular appointments. We recommend recurring follow-up appointments throughout the semester, but you can decide what timeframe works best for you: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.
In the meantime, your coach will check in with you regularly during the semester via email to ask about your progress, offer new insights, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
